We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces with a 1-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal indoor use.
Our goal is simple: to ensure every piece arrives and remains worthy of the presence it was designed to create.
What Is Covered
This guarantee covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal indoor use during the 1-year guarantee period.
Examples may include:
Structural manufacturing defects
Finish or craftsmanship issues caused during production
Manufacturing-related material defects
If an approved issue is confirmed by our team, LuxQuorun will provide either:
-A replacement piece
or
-Store credit of equal value
The solution provided depends on the nature of the issue, product availability, and internal evaluation.
Indoor Use Only
All LuxQuorun creations are designed exclusively for indoor environments.
Exposure to outdoor conditions, humidity, direct rain, extreme temperatures, or improper storage may damage the piece and automatically void the guarantee.
Handmade Characteristics
Many LuxQuorun pieces are handcrafted, hand-finished, or individually detailed.
Because of this, minor variations or subtle imperfections may naturally occur and are not considered defects. These details are part of the individuality and artisanal nature of each creation.
Product Appearance & Color
We make every effort to ensure product colors and finishes appear as accurately as possible.
However, slight visual differences may occur due to:
-Camera lenses and lighting conditions
-Screen settings and display calibration
-Viewing angles and environmental lighting
These minor variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
What Is Not Covered
This guarantee does not cover:
-Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
-Damage caused during installation or relocation
-Outdoor use or environmental exposure
-Normal wear and aging over time
-Scratches, impacts, drops, or customer-caused damage
-Modifications or alterations made after delivery

LuxQuorun reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies under this guarantee policy.
Approved claims may result in a replacement piece or store credit at our discretion.
This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
