The refinement process takes approximately 50 days, where every crystal is carefully placed and every detail is perfected to the highest standard.
Delivery then takes 12–15 business days, with secure packaging and full tracking from our atelier to your space.

If your piece arrives damaged, we take full responsibility.
Simply report within 48 hours and a replacement will be arranged at no cost, without unnecessary delays or complications.

Does it actually look as good in person as it does in the photos?
Every single person who asks this ends up saying the same thing after it arrives: the photos don't do it justice. The finish, the weight, the detail up close — none of that translates on a screen. That's exactly why we send you photos of your specific piece before it ships so you know exactly what's coming.
What happens if my piece arrives damaged?
Every shipment leaves fully insured. If your piece arrives damaged just send us photos within 48 hours. Our team analyses every detail of what happened before anything else and we sort it out immediately. No back and forth, no complications, no cost to you.
How long until it's actually in my hands?
Some pieces are ready to go and ship within 12 to 15 business days. Others are made specifically for you from scratch. Larger pieces travel by sea freight, the safest way to move something this size and this fragile without cutting corners on protection. Whichever applies to yours, you'll know exactly where things stand before anything leaves our hands.
Will I get hit with customs fees on top of the price?
No. All customs and import fees are covered by us. You pay what you see at checkout, nothing more.
Is it actually limited or will you just restock it later?
When it's gone it's gone. Every piece is numbered and once the edition sells out it will not be reproduced. This isn't a marketing tactic, it's the entire point of what we build.
What if I get it home and it's just not for me?
You have 14 days after delivery to return the piece if it genuinely isn't right for you. Return shipping is on you since these pieces travel insured and that cost is real. But the option is always there and every piece carries our Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee so it's always protected.
