Each LuxQuorun piece is prepared individually and receives its final touches after each customer’s order. Our creations are limited, numbered, and personalized upon request, making every piece unique.
We want you to feel confident when purchasing. If your piece does not meet your expectations, we offer a clear and transparent return policy, detailed below.
Return Eligibility
If your order does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and placed back in their original packaging.
When a return is requested for personal reasons or change of mind, any additional costs related to the return, including shipping, are the responsibility of the customer. Requests made after the 14-day period cannot be accepted.
Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

Used items or items showing signs of wear cannot be accepted
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Damaged or defective items
If your piece arrives damaged or with a defect, we will take full responsibility. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and the original packaging.
Once the damage is confirmed, the item must be returned to our warehouse. All return shipping costs will be covered by us, and a new replacement piece will be produced and shipped to you at no additional cost. All shipments are fully insured to ensure your protection.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval of your return.
Returns requested within the 14-day period for personal reasons or change of mind are issued as store credit, valid for future purchases.
Refunds to the original payment method are provided only in cases of confirmed damage or defects upon arrival and are typically processed within 10 to 12 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Replacements are provided only when a piece arrives damaged or defective, as described above.
